| PURPOSE-The club is organized for the economical and social benefit of its members. To unite outstanding civic minded people at good, clean, family oriented events, and to have FUN AND RIDE! 1) AGE AND MEMBERSHIP- There is no age limitation to be a member of the Low Profile Motorcycle Club, but you must be at least 25 years of age to be an active member. 2) POSITIVE REPRESENTATION- Club impressions can be interpreted by the action of a member. Avoid dismissal by always acting in an appropriate manner when wearing your logo. When wearing the logo you must obey all applicable motorcycle and civil laws. 3) NO ATTITUDES- Respect and courtesy is expected at all times. 4) RESPECT FOR THE LOGO-Wear your logo with pride. Never find yourself in any compromising situation while wearing your logo. If one exists, either remove the logo or face termination of your membership. All members are expected to have respect and strive to promote cooperation and coexistence with other motorcycle clubs. And at all times, you are expected to respect the opposite sex. 5) SAFETY- If ever a club member is in a condition which makes him/her unsafe to ride, you must make it your responsibility to make sure that person gets home safely. 6) DUES- Annual dues are $100.00 due by January 31 of each year. Monthly dues are $10.00 due by the end of each month. If the membership dues are not paid by June 1,of the year you are dismissed from the club. A member can be reinstated on Probationary Status when the dues and late fees are paid in full. During the Probationary Status the member must not be late paying any dues or miss any meetings/functions. Probationary Status will be for sixty (60) days. Financial hardships will be considered case by case. (Dues are how we fund the club) 7) MEETINGS-Each member must attend at least one (1) of the two (2) monthly meetings. If a member misses both meetings in a month, a $10.00 fine is charged. The $10.00 fine must be paid by the next scheduled meeting. If the member does not pay the fine, he is dismissed from the club. (Work is the only legitimate excuse for missing a meeting/function.) 8) COLORS/Cowboys-If a member has Colors (cowboys), the Colors must be worn at each meeting/function only. If a member does not wear his Colors, the member will be charged a $5.00 fine.
